Shipping policy

At WEAR THEM OUT, every item is made to order and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful. Below you’ll find details on how our shipping works.

Processing Times

• Because our products are printed on demand, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has left the facility.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• We currently ship only within the United States.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been fulfilled.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods (such as holidays).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. 

Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to Printful due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at wearthemoutproducts@gmail.com as soon as possible. We’ll work with Printful and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
