We use a print-on-demand process, meaning every item is produced specifically for you at the time of your order. This allows us to keep costs low, quality high, and offer our products at the best possible prices without holding inventory.

Because each order is custom-made, we proudly offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee: your item will arrive in perfect condition.

If it doesn’t, please CONTACT US within 10 days of delivery so we can work with our production team to provide a replacement or refund.

Please note that, since all products are made individually, we can only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in the situations above. Exchanges are limited to the exact same item and size originally ordered.

Note on Print-on-Demand Products

Because every product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of preference, or buyer’s remorse.
